(More customer reviews)I've bought two of these: considering it holds 1000 DVDs, this is a good mass storage solution for the price.
The only thing I would recommend is to replace the crappy plastic shelf pins they supply with your own 3/16" (5 mm) nickel plated spoon shelf supports for the sides and angle shelf supports for the back. For DVDs (3x8=24 shelves), this is 96 spoon shelf supports and 48 angle shelf supports.

(More customer reviews)We purchased this for our 8 yr old son who is very careful with his furniture so I was not concerned about spending a little more on a desk however did not want to spend $500 for a desk for a child. This looks like a nice piece of furniture, the finish is a pretty color, the drawers open and close nicely. Although it is not solid wood it fits in beautifully with the expensive wood furniture in his room. I would certainly recommend this desk and as a matter of fact I was online tonight shopping for the hutch that goes with the desk.

(More customer reviews)Didn't know what to think when the delivery truck delivered a flat box on a pallet. Was expecting a fully assembled cabinet. Assembly went fast after laying out all the pieces. Most were shelves. Well designed. The front and back were already put together. Installed 2 end pieces at the base, put the top on and slid in the shelves. 30 minutes start to finish. The open area behind the faux drawers is a great place for equipment that needs no remote. Added a support under a shelf because I had it overloaded. Cabinet is sealed tight. Equipment inside gets hot so I added a small fan for ventillation. Cabinet is beautiful, and very solid. I love it. Thanks much!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this product because the product design looked good and was a good fit for my requirement. It took a while to ship, the packings showed signs of wear and tear but the parts were well protected inside. assembly itself was not that difficult, but the instructions could be rearranged to make it faster.
My main complaint about this product is to do with the way it engineered. there is very little thought given to maintaining the structural stability of the base. the sides are made up of four thin powdered wood planks which bend quite easily and deform the rectangle. the drawers are made of very flimsy materials and had a difficult time inserting the backer board into the slots as they misaligned between pieces. once inserted into the base, some draws would project out, mostly because the base frame does not have perfect angles.
My other complaint is with putting together the headboard and the base, if they are put together, you will not be able to open the first drawers on either side and if you keep couple of inches distance between them, the headboard becomes unstable. Overall, really disappointed with this product

(More customer reviews)Once this item arrvied at my house it was damaged. I didn't even want to know what the process was going to be to fix that issue, nor did I want to wait for another one. So, it definitely took two people to put it together. I have never encountered a piece of furniture that was so hard to put together. If you are not careful moving the parts around the surface scratches VERY easily! Totally not worth your time or money.

Venture Horizon 2402 Double 50" Media Storage Tower for 928 CDs Review

(More customer reviews)If you are looking for easy afternoon project this is it. This rack comes with easy to understand instruction and even easier assembly. The selves could be a little sturdier but still barely bow even fully loaded. Mounting to the wall was very easy due to the two rear beams that run vertical are exactly two feet apart which match up perfectly with the studs in my basement. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a nice and neat way to store up to 500 plus BLU-RAYs or DVDs. I am sure after this one is fill up I will probably purchase another just like it.
