(More customer reviews)This is a solid bookshelf for the money. It was easy to assemble, looks nice and has a simple elegance. I particularly like the back that is not the typical "cardboard" at this pricepoint. It is real wood and much stiffer, thus providing a more upscale look for the money. I purchased a different size in the series and it came with a vinyl type back, that was just as good as it was sturdy. The wood surfaces are nice and rich looking. These units are a good value.
