(More customer reviews)We received this product with several chips and deep gashes in the wood, the worst of which is clearly visible on the side. Assembly is much like Ikea's, using a series of cam screws and cam bolts. Unlike ikea, these cam bolts break immediately upon tightening or don't catch the screw at all (and no i was not over-tightening). Many pieces of wood are barely secure. The final build has visible damage all over, and leaves us wondering how long it will last before falling to pieces as a result of poor quality parts.
