(More customer reviews)This headboad is really hard to put together because the cam/lock system it uses doesn't keep pieces together properly. It falls apart just by looking at it. I had to reinforce it with brackets just about everywhere. I had to ask for a replacement, and after battling over the phone, finally got the piece one and a half months later (Racks & Stands said they'd forgotten about me, they "fixed" their mess with a 10% credit). The pieces are made from cheap particle board, which desintegrates when you are trying to fit the pieces together. It looks pretty from the distance, but not worth the trouble or the money. I would buy solid wood next time and never from Racks and Stands again.

Contemporary Grey Metal Computer Desk w/Book Shelf & keyboard Tray Review

(More customer reviews)I won a room makeover and chose this item as a new desk for my made over office. We received this desk a few weeks ago and it was WELL packed (4 stars) although because it was so well packed it was hard to get out of the box (it ships in two boxes).
We had already put together another desk so we decided to put this desk together also. The directions were EXTREMELY hard to read (print very small) and the diagrams were hard to interpret. I did step one and decided to get a handy man to put the desk together for me. It took him 2 hours to put it togther.
It is sturdy and seems sound. The hard drive fit well but my HP printer had to be placed on the bottom shelf sideways. You need a narrow upright printer for it to fit correctly on that shelf
I would NOT buy this product again and I am real glad the money did not come out of my pocket.

(More customer reviews)This desk looks nice in the picture but it had one flaw in putting it together right away. One of the Allen bolts was missing, thankfully I was able to find a replacement for it. I could not find the right bolt right away, I went went with a close fit (A little bit long).
This desk takes two people almost from start to finish to make sure everything fits together correctly. There were no words on the instruction, so sometimes it was like reading hieroglyphics.
After it was put together, it looks really nice. Need to clean it a lot. Stock on Windex or another window cleaner.

(More customer reviews)While I didn't pay a lot for this headboard, I still feel cheated out of my money. The instructions were terrible; none of the pieces were marked, which made it impossible to tell what was supposed to connect to what. The headboard does not connect to the bed frame at all; there are no holes in the headboard where it could connect. In addition, it is cheaply constructed and ours came with big scratches in it. Don't waste your money on this product. Pay a little more and get something better.

Large Double Media Storage Tower Finish: Black Review

(More customer reviews)The product is easily put together by anyone with limited assembly experience. I bought some book shelves from a different company during the same period, and found by comparison that the media storage rack was so much easier to assemble. The instructions are great, the pre-assembly was done thoughtfully on the part of the company, and a single person can easily assemble it without much difficulty in very little time. Pieces fit easily and I could assemble it without causing damage to the product (because of unclear directions, putting things together backwards, or having to force pieces together due to poor manufacturing, etc.). While this media rack is a bit more expensive than others, I do think the quality, durability and attractiviness off-set the price. I now have four of these and will definitely seek this product out when my collection demands it.

L-Shaped Computer Desk in Cappuccino Finish Review

(More customer reviews)Delivery was 2 weeks late (1 week due to a blizzard - which was beyond anyone's control).
Instructions were clear & easy to follow. Packaging of hardware was very good; enclosed to keep from losing parts/screws etc... The file/drawer cabinet has 4 wheels for the main part and one for the file drawer itself to keep it from tipping (big plus). The keyboard tray was set up on the longer desk (pilot holes) and the underside of both desks made it easy to add another keyboard tray to the smaller desk. I have 3 computer systems with 5 monitors so the size of this desk suits my needs perfectly.
I gave this desk 4 stars due to delivery and the corner section. The post for the corner was difficult to assemble and leans which isn't a big deal - it connects into the other two desks in a way that it is fully supported. One suggestion for improvement would be to make one side wall of each desk narrower in order to open up the corner of the desk. I have this up against 2 walls and cannot get access to the corner any farther than an arm's length. My co-workers at first commented negatively on the rounded corner but that actually works to an advantage in that I can have the desk flush against both walls and I use the gap at the rounded corner for my cords/cables. I just had to use a broom handle to move the cords/cables from the corner to where the outlets are.
All in all the desk looks great. Everyone has commented positively on the style and color and I am happy with it.
I'm just wondering if they sell the file/drawer cabinet separate in case someone would want an additional set of drawers.
