But this headboard has no back-covering or paint/finish on the back, so it really looks crappy unless it's against the wall. Also, almost nothing is screwed together, but rather it's held together through a system of pegs and holes. No jumping on this bed.

This South Shore Bookcase Headboard features plenty of storage space to highlight bedroom decor. It is part of the coordinating South Shore Cosmos bedroom set, but it also coordinates with other collections from South Shore as well as existing home decor. The headboard features two open storage cases and one full-length shelf. Two wiring holes for alarm clocks or radios add utility. Crafted of engineered composite wood panels that carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification, the headboard is designed for durability and eco friendliness. It is covered by a 5-year warranty on parts and materials. Some easy assembly is required on arrival. Overall, the twin-sized headboard measures 45 inches high by 41 inches wide by 9 inches deep.
