(More customer reviews)I never post product reviews but I am so frustrated dealing with this company that I feel compelled to let everyone know that they have really poor service. I ordered this bookcase in the middle of October and it arrived 2 weeks later with 2 of the panels cracked and broken. I wrote an email to the company and they very kindly asked me to send pictures, descriptions of the pieces and the piece numbers so they could replace the pieces. I complied and they told me they'd get me 2 new pieces right away. Two more weeks later, a box came with 2 panels but they were the WRONG panels. Again, I sent a nice email asking to have them PLEASE send the correct pieces as soon as possible (remember, it's been 4 weeks since I made my order). Customer service told me they would RUSH the pieces to me on a Wednesday. I finally received them a week and a half later (not a rush job in my book). Today, I got the package, opened it up and there is ONE panel in the box. Granted, it's the correct panel so we're getting somewhere but there was only ONE. I am so aggravated and have been living with 8 piles of books under my feet for almost a month and a half. This company may be cheap but you get what you pay for.
