(More customer reviews)Although this Little Tikes product is well constructed and tough, there is one major drawback that is so aggravating that it negates any positive attributes. In order to get into the toybox, because of the way it is constructed, you have to take the lid completely off the box. Because of it's "dome-like" shaped lid, you cannot lift it up with one hand to retrieve a toy with the other. If you do, the lid completely falls off, or turns upside down, obscuring the opening of the toybox. So, every time this toybox is opened, the lid must be completely removed and set aside. It's very user "unfriendly" to an adult, so I can imagine how difficult it will be for my young daughter to use as she grows up.

(More customer reviews)I wouldn't expect industrial shelving to have exacting precision with regard to fit and finish, but this item's quality is so poor, I recommend staying away. I note the following issues: 1) one of the wooden shelves was not cut square and would not fit properly in the recessed area, 2) one of the post ends was not square and would not fit into the post coupler without bending to the proper shape 3) the post couplers were nearly impossible to keep centered 4) the picture on the box depicts the ability to make a shelving unit and workbench out of the supplied materials- this is fine if you are willing to accept 1" angle iron protruding out the top of your workbench and shelving - there were only 4 post caps too - leaving a fairly serious cut/injury risk if you were to attempt this. I could have built a better unit myself with 2x4s and MDF in half the time it took to jimmy this together.

(More customer reviews)I was looking for some storage solutions for my entrance. I bought the 24" deep shelving so that I could use Rubbermade Roughtotes lengthwise. They are so easy to assemble, and you can put them together in different sections. I even joined them to make a long unit. By adding more sections of poles I made one end higher due to my slanted ceiling. You can get accessories to go with this type of shelving. The possibilites are endless. I ended up getting more units for the basement.

(More customer reviews)You get what you pay for here. Shelves came slightly bent but mostly straightened when unit was assembled. Wheels were horrible and cheap. Luckily I didn't really need them. If mobility is a necessity for you keep looking for another product.
