(More customer reviews)I was very excited to get the cabinet because there was no assembly and I needed to use it right away. I was thoroughly disappointed in the quality. I shop on Amazon all the time and am quite pleased with the quality of the merchandise, but this was awful!!!The paint was chipped in several places and it was just poor workmanship all around. The shipping material was great, so I know it didn't get damaged during shipping. I do not recommend this product.

Kid's Bookshelf Mission Style in Honey Oak Finish Review

(More customer reviews)They call it a bookshelf but You can not fit regular size books in it!! I bought this for my 9 year old for all of his books and most of his books will not fit. If you are buying this for a baby with baby books then it should be fine. The thing is though it said it was for YOUTHS!! I am very disapointed!

(More customer reviews)I wanted to buy a storage for my boys toys but I didn't want anything too colorful since this was going in my living room and I wanted it to match the decor. This did the job! It's beautiful and very easy to put together. The sizes of the bins are also good. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the shape of 2 of the bins were a tiny bit warped. Possibly damaged a little during shipping. They still work but I try to hide those 2 by having them face the other way.
But overall definitely great value and I would buy it again. I'm already thinking of buying a smaller one for their books and board games. I just hate paying so much for shipping :(

(More customer reviews)I purchased this bookshelf for double duty. I just moved my computer to the kitchen and needed a place for my cookbooks and the printer. The printer fit perfectly on the top shelf and the cookbooks below. The shelves are strong enough to hold everything without bowing, and it looks great. Very easy to unfold to assemble. It was JUST the right size for the space, which was hard to find. Highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I have been shopping for baskets a lot recently. Trying to find the right size, color and quality for the right price. I thought I had done it with these, but I was a little disappointed. They kind of have some orange tones in them and are not a very deep color. The picture implies "espresso" right? It's not. They look okay, but feel pretty cheap for the price. Thirty bucks for what seems like a nickel's worth of materials. Also, when you open the box, they have a weird, chemical smell from the dye, which, thankfully dissipates. But, here's the thing- they are still cheaper than most that you can find in any store these days and the measurements are correct in the description. They are not great, definitely not the best looking, but they are functional, usable, little guys and I just ordered another set to match the ones I already have. ;)

ClosetMaid 9-Cube Organizer Review

(More customer reviews)After hauling several boxes of books around the country during my post-college nomadic phase, I finally decided to unpack them. I had some space for a bookcase, but not the money for anything fancy. I found this unit at my local SuperTarget and decided to give it a try. I give it 5 stars for the following reasons:
- It looks nice. It's not fancy or beautiful, but it has a clean, quiet look. I chose not to attach the backing material (flimsy, as expected with this type of unit). Up against a white wall, it blends in nicely.
- It was quite easy to assemble. I did it myself with a power screwdriver. The whole project took about 35 minutes. The parts in my kit were not labeled, but it's not hard to figure out what goes where.
- I love that the shelves are divided into "cubes." The dividers provide lots of support for my heavy old textbooks. Lesser shelves or those without support would certainly sag.
- The units are compatible with others in the Cubicals line. They can be stacked/arranged to form whatever kind of system you want. I'm considering getting another piece to stack on top. The assembly materials include extra dowels for this purpose. Also, you can get drawer/baskets to slide into the cubes, or doors to turn them into cabinets.
- In addition to the extra dowels for stacking more units on top, the hardware packet includes a wall anchor, to keep the unit from tipping/falling on top of kids who climb up the front like a ladder.
All in all, a very functional solution to my book problem.

Winsome Wood Leo Wood 4 Tier Shelf with 5 Rattan Baskets - 1 large; 4 small in Espresso Finish Review

(More customer reviews)This was my first winsome wood purchase... and am very pleased. The shelf unit was VERY easy to assemble...took about 30min and was sturdy. I am using this as a TV stand on the very top shelf...and loaded up books on the bottom two shelves...with rattan baskets on the shelf just under the TV. I used the remaining baskets with another winsome wood shelf unit that I bought from amazon.
The color of the expresso is very dark brown, but looks elegant with the rattan baskets which have a cedar/cherry type weave to them. I have cherry wood in my bedroom and this was a great way to bring in the dark brown expresso wood without clashing since the baskets had a cherry weave in them.
The baskets are sturdy and seem to be strong enough to hold everything from jeans to random lighter items.
The wood itself was not as smooth/sanded as I personally would have liked... so after the expresso staining by the manufacturer it had the duller appearance in the places that the wood was rough. This was easy to adapt to by turning the wood piece over to hide it. For the price it was worth every penny... I prefer solid wood over particle board any day of the week!

(More customer reviews)The finished shelf looks great, but was next to impossible to put together! My unit was missing a screw for the back, the middle shelf did not have pre-drilled holes (as the previous reviewer noted), one of the wooden dowels for holding the shelves in place was also missing, and one of the holes on the bottom shelf was not drilled straight, so the screw doesn't fit properly. Be forewarned: this shelf will take a LONG time to put together... the holes for the screws are hidden and close to the wood, which means you can only make one tiny fraction of a turn with the provided allen wrench at a time. It took me almost 2 hours to assemble.
