(More customer reviews)I've bought two of these: considering it holds 1000 DVDs, this is a good mass storage solution for the price.
The only thing I would recommend is to replace the crappy plastic shelf pins they supply with your own 3/16" (5 mm) nickel plated spoon shelf supports for the sides and angle shelf supports for the back. For DVDs (3x8=24 shelves), this is 96 spoon shelf supports and 48 angle shelf supports.

One of the new ones was not assembled correctly because one of the metal parts on the shelf pivot was defective & didn't fit right. The shelf just fell out. After wasting a few hours with a bruise on the head & a trip to the hardware store to buy a file, I now have two bookcases. So much for easy assembly! Annoying.

Brenton Studio Zentra Collection Bookcase Review

(More customer reviews)This bookcase is very nice and very sturdy/stable. Many other bookcases wobble side to side-like a dandelion blowin in the wind. Not this unit. The assembly was somewhat difficult. I should have laid out the frame on my coffee table. You have to follow the tiny pictures in the instructions very carefully for orientation. They should have error proofed the assembly, but that would have increased costs. The key is assembling the legs properly, then once the 2 upper cross tubes are assembled it becomes much easier to work with, installing the glass shelf frames. I think I'll put casters on the bottom in place of the flat feet. I really like this bookcase and bought another unit.

(More customer reviews)This is the second Ergocraft product we have purchased, and we are very happy with it. We bought this for our son's bedroom to hold his growing library of books and DVDs. It arrived in a timely manner, and my wife had it upstairs and assembled in no time. Very easy assembly, and good quality entirely made from hardwood veneer. The shelves are adjustable with steel pin supports (not exactly sure what they mean by "Steel reinforced adjustable shelves"). I would not hesitate buying another one in the future. The cost could be a little lower, but I'm happy with it.

Prepac Oak 6-shelf Bookcase Review

(More customer reviews)I never post product reviews but I am so frustrated dealing with this company that I feel compelled to let everyone know that they have really poor service. I ordered this bookcase in the middle of October and it arrived 2 weeks later with 2 of the panels cracked and broken. I wrote an email to the company and they very kindly asked me to send pictures, descriptions of the pieces and the piece numbers so they could replace the pieces. I complied and they told me they'd get me 2 new pieces right away. Two more weeks later, a box came with 2 panels but they were the WRONG panels. Again, I sent a nice email asking to have them PLEASE send the correct pieces as soon as possible (remember, it's been 4 weeks since I made my order). Customer service told me they would RUSH the pieces to me on a Wednesday. I finally received them a week and a half later (not a rush job in my book). Today, I got the package, opened it up and there is ONE panel in the box. Granted, it's the correct panel so we're getting somewhere but there was only ONE. I am so aggravated and have been living with 8 piles of books under my feet for almost a month and a half. This company may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Queen Size White Storage Bed with Bookcase Headboard Review

(More customer reviews)I bought the queen bed, headboard, night stand, and dresser for my teenage daughters room all for about $750 delivered which is a great price compared to the other furniture we looked at in town and online. I would consider myself handy and have a fair amount of experience with putting together furniture and I would consider these furniture items to be in the challenging-hard range for level of difficulty to put together and make it work correctly.
First of all, the bed has no good way to attach to the headboard and in fact doesn't even fit onto the headboard between the molding on the front of the headboard when it is all put together. I had to cut a notch out of each side of the molding in order for the bed to meet flush with the headboard. Secondly, I had to drill holes through the bed and the headboard and secure them with carriage bolts in order for the bed and headboard to be one solid unit, otherwise the headboard is separate from the bed and pretty unstable. Lastly, in order to keep the bed square and make it possible to open and close the drawers, I had to put a few wood screws through the slats that hold that mattress into the base of the frame to secure it. All in all, not too big of a deal if you are fairly handy, don't mind doing the extra work, and live close to a hardware store.
The night stand and dresser went up much easier.
All in all the furniture looks nice once we got it all up, functions well, and after the adjustments, is fairly sturdy. But, because it's particle board and melamine, I worry about the durability for the long term. There are a few minor scratches just from putting it together already.

Poundex Corner Shelf, Oak Review

(More customer reviews)My husband and I just bought this for a corner of our dining area, but we don't like the quality much.
The assembly is pretty easy to do, but the materials are just all very low-quality. It comes with an extremely small amount of wood glue (looks/feels like library paste) for putting pegs in place. It's also held together by screws.
The color is quite orange...not sure how they came up with the name "oak" for the color. The finish is marred and there are a couple of scratches (one of which we'll need to sand to avoid splinters), and some of the wood appears to be filled in with glue or something because it's low-quality wood.
It wasn't quite worth it to deal with shipping it back, so it'll do its job--it just wasn't really worth the price we paid, cheap as it is.

(Scratches, dings etc,) As others have stated it does have a lot of pieces that need to be put together however it really is fairly easy. Set aside 1 hour for assembly and make sure you keep the two packages of rods separate. They have a VERY SLIGHT difference in height and are hard to separate once out of the package.
It is a good cheap alternative to store your entertainment accessories. The unit does spin. The bottom has a cheap plastic ring with ball bearings. I have the unit on a very low carpet and it spins with no problem and extra clearance. Overall the quality is cheap with minor imperfections. (One rod did not screw in all the way. However unless I am standing right on top of it the imperfections are not noticeable and DO NOT effect the structural integrity of the unit.
This unit appears to be listed on Amazon for two different prices.
SUMMARY - The price matches the quality. I would buy this again.
